If you registered for Package #1 - 7 days - 6 nights at the Marriott Marquis. Your extra free day is not your arrival day. It is Friday, July 10th. This allows you the entire day and evening to enjoy New York however you wish.
The hotel requires one person in each room to put a credit card down for incidentals, it is $100/day. This amount is only a hold (for the entirety of your stay) and you will not be charged unless you buy something such as room service, etc. and/or cause damage to the hotel room.
There are no spectators during the dance classes with the exception of Broadway Dance Center which has viewing areas. If you choose to go into Broadway Dance Center we ask that you allow all dancers to go up with their group and get situated first.
Payments can be made for any amount at any time until June 1st. Your balance must be paid on or before June 1st. Due to our final deadlines we cannot extend final payment. Your registration will be subject to removal.
Should you plan to drive, please research parking fees. Parking in New York City can be very expensive.
To be with your Studio you must register with the same Package.
If you have a guest in your room that is not registered, you must contact our office to have their name added to the rooming list. Marriott is very strict to account for everyone in the hotel for security and safety reasons.
